•1 cup of organic melted cacao butter
•1 cup of organic cacao powder
•4 table spoons of almond milk
•1 cup of organic raspberries
•2 table spoons of organic agave necter
•2 drops of organic vanilla essence
You can either use a silicone heart-shaped ice cube mold like I have if you want the chocolates turn out heart shaped or a regular ice cube tray. I got mine from Amazon.
How to make
•Melt the cacao butter in a saucepan for a few minutes on medium heat then let cool for a minute.
•Add the cacao powder, the almond milk, agave and the vanilla essence and stir for a few minutes until mixed well.
•Pour the mixture into the ice cube tray fill up too the half way point then add a raspberry into each compartment & then fill up with chocolate.
•Freeze them for 2-3 hours.
•Store in the fridge or freezer in BPA free food bag or tupperware tub.
